  ;Ritual (as pertaining to this document)
  :Ritual includes formal and informal initiations, Chapter education events that are not open to/visible by the public, and Chapter installations

===== Prohibited Content=====
<hi #ffc2c2>The following **__CANNOT__** be on **phones** (including text, video, photo, document, or storage of any sort), in **photos, email, Facebook (or other social networking sites), video chat, or anywhere else online for any reason.** It **__DOES NOT MATTER__**((The only exception to this is in **EXTREME** cases as per directions in the [[information-technology|IT Policy]])) if the content is password protected or not!

Additionally, this content **__cannot__** be seen or discussed by non-Brothers</hi> (exception is current Members-in-Training that have already seen/experienced the specific part of the education process).
  * Copies of ritual
  * Pieces/parts of ritual
  * Pictures from ritual
  * Oaths and sayings in ritual
  * Pictures/visual/discussion of anything else that is privileged information for Brothers only.

===== Restricted Content =====

<hi #fcffc2>Restricted content refers to information that is not suitable for the general public, but is not related to ritual (I.E. mostly Brothers only). **__Access to this content must be password protected if online.__** Content is as follows:</hi>
  * Brother's Addresses/Phone Numbers
  * Chapter Education policies (as long as there is no ritual discussed)
  * Online discussion areas **where Fraternal business is discussed**
    * Chat rooms
    * Message boards
    * Forums
    * Facebook groups

Information that may possibly considered restricted content should be reviewed with the National Information Technology Committee Chair before being made available.
