1. The Communications Chair plans committee meetings when needed.

1. Communications Chair or authorized committee member approves posts and posters before they are posted to make sure that the post follows the posting guidelines:

   1. The post or poster does not include offensive content, including but not limited to sexist, racist, ableist, ageist, homophobic, overly sexual, or hateful content.
   2. All people in the focus of picture(s) or video(s) have consented to having themselves be included in the post.
   3. For social media posts, tag other organizations and individuals who are in the picture(s) or video(s) as requested.

1. Plan and propose ideas for social media posts.

   1. Ensure that the post is following University and Fraternity policies.
2. Update social media with major Brotherhood events, general Brother activities, or miscellaneous posts.
3. Have discussion to take down any posts if requested by any party or immediately if there is sufficient reason.

1. Table tents have to be pre-approved by Michigan Technological University before being placed and are approved by a first come, first serve basis for all organizational or promotional material they receive.
2. Follow Michigan Technological University posting guidelines for posters on campus.

1. Zeta Chapter has accounts on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Discord.

   1. The Chapter account will not follow or friend individual Brothers.
   2. Encourage Brothers to follow or interact with the Chapter account.
